Myself and two other artists at the shop are using the Cheyenne system. We've been trying out different cartridges. So far we've used Cheyenne, T Tech, and now Kingpins Slot Lock cartridges. Just wondering what everyone's opinion is on different cartridges? The general consensus here is that slot lock is nice but a little loud and the sizes run big. The 7 liner is more like a 9. T Tech has been great but I'm not a big fan of the opaque tip. Also they supposedly don't have a seal that prevents ink and water from dripping into the motor. Which leads me to my next question. Does anyone know the proper way to perform a drip test on the cartridges? Or is it pretty much how it sounds? Dribble some water in there and turn it upside down? Thanks.
