Spektra Edge x slows down and inconsistent power.

Hopefully someone can help. I've just brought my Spektra Edge X, and after using it for a few minutes the power keeps changing and can hear the machine getting weaker for a few seconds, then it kicks back in again. It's a new clip chord, changed power packs and foot switch. But nothing seems to change. I wa swindling if it could be something to do with adjusting the machine or it might be worth sending in to get checked.
Any advice on what you would reccomend. Or if anyone else has had the same problem.
Cheers

hey man, actually that happens with my edge x too. It slows down just for a second from time to time.
I always thought it was my power supply because it was very cheap...
What power supply are you using?

The power pack isn't anything special. £50 of killer ink. I have a Cheyenne power pack for my pen, but there's no way of connecting it to that. Have you brought a new power pack since?

Hey man, no Im still using the same power supply but I found out what my problem is. Clip cord.
I noticed that if I move the cord in a certain direction it completely stops the power of my machine so its definitely the clip cord. I'll go soon to buy a new one.

If the problem persists ill let you know, and also send my machine back to FK but hopefully not, I dont think thats going to be necessary.

Same thing was happening to my bosses edge x, we bought one each at the same time, i was using one of al's cords from workhorse, he was using a standard eikon cord, and he bought an L-jack from eikon and it stopped happening, hasnt had an issue yet.
Hes using a critical power supply from Goodguy, im just using one of the es300's from eikon.

Least Fkirons guarantees the machine body for life, i dont know if i can switch into another machine after this beast lol
