Does anybody know why certain different coloured inks are harder to sturate. I recently used an intenze teal"ish" colour that was very thick. It was really hard to get into the skin with the 10-17curved mag i was using. The black was flying in as was the dark blue but i was overworking the skin trying to get the teal in.
Is there anything that can be done about this and why does it happen. It was making my machine struggle with its thick consistency and had to turn up the voltage a fair bit just to stop it bogging.
In the end i filled in the less saturated spaces with a round shader and the teal was again flying in, just not with the mag.
