Hi Ben , this Artemis from Stigma , anyone who needs this kind of support about a Stigma machine has to contact Stigma-Rotary directly by email info@stigma-rotary-tattoo.com you can read this in the manual that came with the machine, Mike DeVries is a busy man and he is not responsible for this. |

Thanks Sonny, we give with every machine a manual with info about how to use the machine , how many volts, wow to lubricate, how to adjust the softness and staff like that ,but maybe we should make the manuals even more detailed ,we take everything into consideration , thanks for your advice. |

Artemis i read in your website about your machines and about the fly and the bizarre to you said that the "The long stroke version causes minimum 4,4 mm stroke and maximum 5,5 mm stroke"
why the stroke isnt not only one measure?why you have too measures(4,4mm or 5,5mm?
thank you |

Hi Jason,
I copy pasted this from our website ( F.A.Q ) there is more technical info inside there if you are interested have a look.
On the BizarreV2 the stroke-length (hub) changes automatically in combination with the softness (give) adjustment feature and the speed. When you increase the speed (by the volts) you get longer strokes. When you decrease the speed (by the volts) you get shorter strokes. When adjusted for lining you get shorter but harder strokes. When adjusted for shading you get longer but softer strokes. The short-stroke excenter gives strokes between 2,6 mm and 3,4 mm.The medium-stroke excenter gives strokes between 3,5 mm and 4,4 mm. The long-stroke excenter gives strokes between 4,4 mm and 5,5 mm.
Most of the adjustable rotaries out there also from other manufacturers work in a very similar way because they use our concept the concept that Stigma first created. |

You are right Jason the 4,4 mm is the longest solid stroke not more than this , but if you loosen just a little bit the control screw then you can get longer strokes of about 5mm long with just a little give, many artists prefer this kind of setting because it is not to aggressive for the skin. I think if your having to ask how to use the stigma then you probly shouldnt have one to begin with!!!!!! |

Hi Jason , We have agreements with our distributors to carry also the long & short stroke excenters not only the machines , it is good to know, who is this supplier? I hope they will get the stroke length excenters very soon if not just buy it from another supplier or directly from us , it is very easy to replace it Yourself. Thanks Artemis |

The excenters for the Fly & Bizarre are a little diffrent they have different balance to reduce vibrations so each machine works best with its own stroke excenter.

Yes you can replace it yourself , with the machine you get also the right size allen hex key so you can unlock the pre installed medium stroke then pull it out , then insert the long or short stroke and lock it in place , it is easy it takes only10 seconds. |
