rotary speed

ive bought my first rotary bishop that ive fell in love with. wont touch coil machine for long shading/color sessions. when i first ran it it was 100% duty, witch i found on this forum said rotarys are like this, makes sense anyways.. but what i dont find normal now, is the duty and hertz n all that fun cycling has gone mad on my power supply. jumping up and down. also stops for no fucking reason. whats up with this??? im running my bishop with the factory rca cord and critical cx2. anything out of normal? (on the powersupply the numbers jump, but the machine sounds smooth)
