This is insanely well done. Not only the art or the ink but specifically the area. I absolutely loathe tattooing the sides of the neck. On just about anyone's skin. Uncomfortable and cramped, uncompressable tissue, rubbery texture, and keeping the inkflowing smoothly, is a nightmare. This is after 19 years of great luck on the rest of the body. Hints?
