hey, how loud is the neuma air pack? how many db's?

Not sure how many Db's,it sounds like a dental tool,and depending on how fast your running it ,it could get loud,but if its running at around the speed it should be its not to bad,but i just run it with the motor attachment so its very quiet.

if you compare the new air pack to the single artist air compressor that came w/the original neumas, would you say the new air pack that comes in the box is quieter.. i know that single artist compresson was not quiet at all as it was adverstised. i want to get a kit but i'm just wanting to deal the noise if it's as loud as the S.A.C.. thanks

I'm not sure,i haven't heard the air pack compressor,you might want to ask the guys at Neuma. If i were to guess i dont think it is silent,if your looking to travel with it,i would just use the hybrid with the motor,if its for your shop,you can get away with sticking it in a back room and running a hose line to your station(if possible).It wouldnt be that loud to disturb anything if its in another room,but putting it right next to you might bother you.They have other ones that are the single air compressor that comes incased and those are silent,but much more costly.Maybe give them a call to talk to them on the phone before you buy something.
