Hey man,

This product works the same way as Tegaderm. I have spoken to Randy Engelhard personally about this product a few times. and I have seen his healed tattoo's using this product. I too have used Tegaderm with amazing results. This product allows the customer to heal their tattoo with no maintenance. they put it on and pretty much forget about it. the product is waterproof, so you can shower with it. and it is completely breathable so the skin will get the needed oxygen supply, also it is Nonpermeable, so bacteria and other contaminants can't penetrate it. It allows the skin to heal in the same manner as it would under a scab with the exception of being under a clean bandage. So far, after talking with Randy, we have found the best results work if you apply a small amount of redemption, or other products like h2 oceans, etc to the tattooed area only... you apply and leave the film on the skin for 3 days, this allows the needed time for new skin cells to form to ensure the skin stays uninterrupted and free from contamination until these new skin cell take place. then you remove and wash the areas with a non perfume soap. pat dry with a paper towel, and then re apply a second application with redemption underneath on the tattoo area only, you leave the second application on for 4 days. after the 4th day the Tattoo is completely healed for a total of 7 days. I usually recommend Tegaderm if I learn that my clients have any animals, like cats and dogs in their home. This product is a great worry free way to ensure the hair and dander does no affect the healing process of your tattoo....
Also, healing the tattoo using products like Redemption is just as effective and will give you excellent results, the only factor is that you have to rely on the customer to be responsible enough to take care of and maintain their tattoo on thier own...

Hope that help,

Take care

RE:DermalizePro

Thanks buddy!
I was testing it on myself and I didn't really like it. I tell you why.
I followed the instructions of the website.
I had to change the film way often!
I was using Tattoo Finish after the tattoo so there wasn't any fluids in the first day (this stuff stops the bleeding and close the poles of the skin).
The second day I have applied the second film and I could keep it on my tattoo only for a half day, because there was pretty much body fluids.
3rd film: after the tattooing about one and a half day and also I couldn't keep it on my tattoo for long time due to fluids.
I have applied the 4th film on the second day night time and I could keep it on my tattoo, again only half day or slightly longer.
I have used Bepanthen before applying the 4th layer.

I advised the using of cling film but my clients never could put just a thin layer of the cream and they over soaked it. I thought this film is simpler but I can see that my clients won't do that what I did...
I mean I was looking for a very simple aftercare but if someone has a lots of fluids (just like me)... won't change the film so often... I know my clients....

Sorry for my language
