Most supplies companies are smartening up and selling to who ever buys. With the economy in the USA the way it is our craft is becoming saturated and the shops are often worse then the underground operations.
It can be scary but as times change the individual artist as well as the client need to be more self informed as to what saftey and talents a person has and realistic expectations.

Intenze has always shipped to me in a regulated county. Now i live in an unregulated county and they still ship to me.
Friction tatoo, element. both still ship.
Tat soul i havn;t bought from in a while but they used to ship to me. Needle supply ships.
use common sense and when i doubt, call and ask.

Yes, I have ordered even through phone and was not asked for my license .

We do verify that artists that order from us work in a shop, if you work in a private studio that is ok we will just need you to send over a business license- we also will try to work with artists that are guest spotting and/or on the road. To prevent delay in orders we do a lot of this manually. This something we implemented about 2 years ago. When orders are placed online, we verify it is shipping to a shop address. Sometimes orders slip through the cracks, but this something we do. @Luckyluciano your first order with us was verified and shipped to a business address-again since we are doing all of this manually we also will verify through social media/websites things like that as well (once we verify you are in a studio we are more lenient with shipping and will ship to the billing address- as we did your second order)
