If you can draw?

Hi mike, I found your work in a tattoo mag some years ago and was blown away with you realizm color and detail, im a pencil drawer / airbrusher, if i can draw would i be able to tattoo and if so how long would you expect it would take to become road wearthy? is it a case of if you can draw you can tattoo?

it.s obviously better to be good at drawing when you want to learn how to tattoo....but that not all the thing because it.s not just you and a canvas, you have to mess up with a lot of things at the same time, but as you can see the better tattoo artist right now are all relly giftet , talented person....just my opinion
