hyper getting hot

hey mike,
first, sorry for my bad english ^-^

i just got a question because u seem to be a stigma specialist-

i am using the hyper since a few months, and i am really satisfied with it, no matter for what i use it, color blending/shading or solid color works.

i dont adjust on the "give" a lot, if i need it for solid color then i put in a few volts more, but its getting pretty warm/hot

if i make it ´hit harder with the give then i am not satisfied with the way it runs/works.....

how can i find a way to make it run the way i am without getting hot.

i got a eikon es without display so i cannot say with how much volts i work, but i think its between 8-10 volts because my cain works awesome with 7 volts and its not enough for my hyper.

sorry, i mean "how can i find a way to make it run the way i want without getting hot. "

with less voltage its running not strong enough for solid color works and with more "give" its running too slow..... ô.Ô

I have heard of a couple others that have had the same problem, all you gotta do is contact Stigma... http://www.stigma-rotary-tattoo.com/cms/contact/contact.asp There costumer service is great and will help you out. Your machine shouldn't be getting that hot!
