RE:swashdrive gen7

Once I saw this post I contacted the guys that make the swashdrive so I can get one to try it out,so I can have an opinion about it. I haven't used it yet. By mid March I should have one and will have tried it out, and Ill post my thoughts.

I recently bought a swashdrive 7. I think they are great. They put ink in smooth and are good for colour and black and grey. The only thing I would say that I don't like is, sometimes the needles are left out on the down stroke when you stop the machine. You would have to be more careful the you don't hit the needles. But apart for that I think they're good machines.

Forgot to mention, the machines are extremely light and quiet.

I purchased one not too long ago and I absolutely love it. It is smooth, sexy and quiet. It produces really good and consisent work so you can really focus on the tattoo and not so much the equipment.

They also have pretty good support when you have any questions (although it is fairly informal). I asked them several questions at different times to make the most of my machine and they have always responded with advice, information etc.

I havent tried the stigma's yet (as they are so damn hard to get in australia) but I have tried several others and so far my swashie gen 7 is by far the fave!
