Finding good reference material

Hi!
First I would like to say that all answers are welcome. I´m being asked from time to time to do portraits of famous people and this time it´s a grining Gene Simmons in all his makeup. The pic I was handed during the consultation was a small print form a very poor photo. Anyone have a good suggestion were I can find good high definition pics for references?

Sometimes I google the hell out of trying to get a better picture. But usually end up using my crappy reference. However I'm a Photoshop whore, and there is not much that can't be done in Photoshop. I have often restored torn up faded old pictures and made them look new again. This will take some time to learn the program well. But once you get good at it. You won't sweat it when you get a crappy photo.
Mike has just released his let get digital DVD for preorder, I'm sure you can get tons of info out of it. I've used Photoshop since it first came out and I still ordered a copy from mike. I'm sure he has a few more tricks that I haven't figured out yet. Good luck.

Yeah you rnuber one source is definitely google, but sometimes you cant find what your looking for even on there, you can always try your luck at a book store. If someone wants atattoo and brings you a crappy photo to work from and you cant find a better pic, just take it as a challenge and roll with it...
