I havent tried Waverly Tattoo Ink or Electric Ink. Ever since I got a fresh new set of Eternal ink sent out to me I have been very happy with the results with all the colors, and they have a ton to choose from. Try them out for size if you haven't already.

I use Electric and Waverly both on a daily basis. Waverly is awesome, nice and creamy. Now Electric is great, very thin and seems to fly right in. Everyone in our shop uses Electric almost exclusively.

I think that Easy Glo is the same as Electric Ink, just the North American product. I have some Easy Glo, and I like the colors but they are very thin, great results healed though. I rock Fusion mostly, but have some nice Easy Glo colors form the Jaime Litwalk signature series... Tan, and flesh tones are really stellar.

The brand ELECTRIC INK is brazilian, I used almost all colors, the white is great, but in most of colors, the pigment down and solidified, and the colors dont resist to the sun, like blue and yellow, the oriental orange and bomberman red, are good, the line ink, passed 2 years, look bad,
now I'm using starbrite, I prefer it 99%, or Intenze, I'm buying some colors, that the Masters use, Master Devries, hahiiauh, you can test it, but never opache colors, I hate it, a little bit sun, and the colors burn, my expirience with it, and some artists here in Brazil can prove, bad ink, in a tropical country, doesnt works well. I hope that I can help you about it.

Electric ink and Easy Glow are the same, it's a brazilian brand, the owner creates a monopoly on the country, create expiration date of 90 days to the bottle to sell more and make more money, the pigment is very thin, the colors dont hold through the time, its a waste of money. Don't use Electric Ink or Easy Glow, don't support mercenaries, is very expensive get some good quality inks here because the taxes of importation and shipping are huge, but it's independence or death...

Tattoo Inks are a matter of preference... If you are fast a thinner ink slow a thicker ink. Additionally all inks are just Powdered Pigment & Carrier Solution. 97% of all tattoo powdered pigments come from DuPont! FACT..

The Pigments break down in to what they are derived from. Referred to as the Pigments base. You have 3 types.
Vegetable Based, Carbon Based, Acrylic Based,

Advantages & Disadvantages of each.
1.) Vegetable Based pigments are considered to be the safest. However they are not very durable. { light fast } a term that describes how quickly they fade. They fade fast.

2.) Carbon Based pigments are considered extremely durable there fore they get a good { light fast } rating. However Several Health Concerns about carbon Based inks including the link to cancer, hence the State of California Warning on Tattoo Inks,

3.) Acrylic Based Pigments are considered extremely durable so a good{ light fast rating } on acrylic pigments. No one knows what if any problems regarding health are related to acrylic pigments since they are relatively new. BRIGHT BOLD EYE POPING COLORS. However since acrylics are a polymer [ie] plastic based. I personally see no problems since artificial joints, stents, pacemakers etc, plates, all contain plastics.

Next you have the carrier solution, which is a combination of filtered distilled water, Note once you open a bottle of distilled water in you shop it is no longer sealed & can grow mold etc.. factories now use UV lights filters etc.. NEXT AFTER WATER IS Witch-Hazel, some add alcohol the kind that is VODKA Not Rubbing Alcohol. Also you have medical grade glycerin. If your inks are thin then more sterile water or distilled water, if they dry out fast more alcohol, if they are thicker more medical grade glycerin.

The reality is a lot of inks are manufacturerd by the same company Mom's, Kuro-Sumi, Irusumi, Philadelphia Eddies are manufacturerd by technical tattoo supply. Skin Candy, Blood Line same company they also make Alla~Prima,

My advice is try a few sample packs of a few different companies inks.

Acrylic Based, Eternal, Intenze, Fusion, Radiant Colors, Skin Candy,

Vegetable Based, Derma Glo,

Carbon Based, Dynamic, Philadelphia Eddies, Waverly,

Additionally Alla~Prima & National Tattoo Supply sell powdered pigments. However you have to utilize a blender to. Blend the mixture. Its messy. If interested in a how to make your own inks or more detailed information on this go to my reviews on Amazon.com, log on to Amazon.com, in search bar type in Star Brite Tattoo Inks look for my review my name is.
