Creating a Flash Book

Ok so I am working on many of my drawings to create the ultimate flash book as possible. I am doing of all styles in black/gray designs and also in color designs. And I am about to do the tracing on some of them on tracing paper, since I know artists love the outline of the Flash. My question is what do I use to do the tracing with? red color pencil? or a red pen? or would it matter? I am hoping to publish it with kingpin but do not know.
