black and grey washes

Has any one had this same experience?
I've tried SilverBack ,and Intenze..i find the washes are super light ....maybe its just the way i do black and grey?
minimal skin stretching..
never had issues when i did B&W by cutting black, i really like the convenience of pre made grey shades.
any suggestions?
haha Be nice.

RE:black and grey washes

I use Fusion's grey wash set and have found that i actually have add an even lighter shade than their lightest. I personally like having really light washes so I can build up the values. Try out Fusion's if you get a chance.

RE:black and grey washes

Ive been using silverback for quite awhile now. I find the darkest gray #4 isnt quite dark enough for my darkest gray tones so usually add about 4 drops of liner ink to it and add the extra value and than proceed next in line to the strait #4 and so on... Ive also found silverback is best used for sole gray work pieces not good for laying color over in my opinion...
