Lining with a rotary

To mike or any one else that has experience with rotary's. Which Rotary's would you recommend for lining in traditional work. And for lining real fine thin lines. I would guess a a long stroke so the needle does not snag on the skin.

Yeah a longer stroke is better for lining with rotaries. Lately, I've been using the new Stigma Bizarre V2 and the first Neotat(long Stroke) for lining and small details, etc...

RE:Lining with a rotary

Bizarre V2 is by far best rotary for lining I've hever had in my hands. I hated lining with rotaries. One dag I'd love it another hate it but this one blows the doors off the rest. So accurate an precise, nice an fast and hard hit. Lays in perfect, others would just scratch at the skin an have to force it in. I might never hold another coil again. This is the liner an small round machine I've been dreaming of. Very sleek design with the needle runner tension press. No friction am needle sits perfect in tube an great consistent flow. Seriously in love. Quiet as neotat too.

RE:Lining with a rotary

I've had Gen7s and they were OK for lining but I preferred coils. I recently bought a Swashdrive Whip and they are remarkable. It took a short time to get my head around the concept but now that's all I use for lining.

Yes, I agree. How you like it for color packing or layering? I had good results with shading but not much on layering. Have any good input on layering colors? I normally work with 11RM
