RE:inkjecta flite v2

I replied to this post yesterday, then deleted it because of some spelling errors. Then re-posted it and deleted it again because I wanted to check something out today when working with the machine so I can answer you the best that I can.

The Flite v2.1 machine is not silent, it does have a hum to it but it's not bad at all. If someone was to complain about the noise, they just have to apply a little lube and it will go away. It seems that some of the noise is coming from the needle cartridge, not so much the machine itself.( It also depends on what voltage you run that thing at because it could be turned up way to high) But the noise seems normal if its lubed inside there. Nothing to worry about as far as I'm concerned unless you want a silent machine. But this machine is actually pretty dang quiet. I haven't had any concerns about vibration either, and I would be the first one to complain about that because I have had hand issues in the past, but I do wrap my grip with a paper towel to cut down any vibration even more, it also helps you grip it better too. But even if you don't wrap your grip to cut down vibration, I don't feel this machine having a lot of vibration to begin with, but I haven't tried it without a little padding on the grip yet.

All in all this is a great tattoo machine and I look forward to using it everyday! It's one of those machines that gets you excited to work with. I recommend it!

Worst case scenario, if you buy one and don't like it, you can easily sell it because there is a high demand for this machine right now.

RE:inkjecta flite v2

How does it line. I'm looking to get a good machine I can use for lining. It's between this and the new stingray.

RE:inkjecta flite v2

The pearl blue could be a few weeks. A shipment of machines are being to sent to Stencil Stuff right now. There are several that are coming but the pearl blue and a few others will be coming soon after.

As far as lining with these... If your used to a rotary for lining you'll get adapted to it pretty quick, if you use coils you may not like it so much for lining right off the bat. But I'm seeing clean line work done at my shop with them and I know some traditional artists that use them too. They work for lining for me too, the first couple times using the machine I wasn't sure about it but then I got used to it. I believe there is 16 different ways you can set it up between changing the cam or the bar stiffness. I can get all the set ups from the owner of Inkjecta, Byron. If you want to use it for lining use a certain cam with a certain bar, if you want it set up for black and gray, set it up this way, etc. I've been using the 3.5 cam with the medium flex bar and it's working for everything. I might change it up and try different ways because it's really easy to change it up.

Just gotta try it and see for yourself. Its hard to say if someone will like it for a specific thing without knowing the way someone works.

Check out www.stencilstuff.com for more info...Or the Inkjecta website. Also check out Byrons Facebook, they post pictures of tattoos done by this machine. www.facebook.com/byron.drechsler

RE:inkjecta flite v2

Did some test orders and it seems fine. Only thing I can think of is Stencil Stuff is not sending the machines internationally, just in the States for the machines. But there shouldn't be a glitch, if you try and order from outside the US it says "Sorry we don't send to Africa" Etc. Is that the glitch you guys are speaking of? Thanks, if you can let us know...

RE:inkjecta flite v2

no thats not the error. the steps go like this
>>>>>> once you select the item and click the "add to cart"

>>>> select "united states"

>>>>you press either update total or checkout

and then the error happens which it says

>>>> "must have at least one item to check out" / you dont have items in your cart. start shopping.

it happened on 2 computers, an iphone and a iPad.....

RE:inkjecta flite v2

The first shipment to Stencil Stuff went fast, there are still a few left. There are a lot more coming soon!! You can also get it off Protat out of Australia. We dont ship internationally because the machines are expensive and after selling on-line for a long time, I've had problems with fraud. But if you live outside the US call Stencil Stuff and talk to Anthony or Mario 760 8813422 or email him and see which machines he has, he can hold one if you send a money order or cashiers check, Im sure they could work something out. www.stencilstuff.com

Wicked... Yes you use the Hawk grips if you get the combo version, then you can screw on the grip(which I prefer) If you get the vice version then you can buy a grip that you can actually use on any tattoo machine and it will utilize the cartridges. You can choose between T-Tech needles which will get you more for your money and they actually are nice, or you could go with the Cheyenne cartridges. When I used the Hawk back in the day I got some whacked out needles, so thats why I'm going with T-Tech. Im sure more companies are gonna jump on the band wagon, so you'll probably have more options in the future. I cant wait for them to be disposable!
