FK Pyro shader problems

I bought a FK Pyro X soft shader almost a year ago. I absolutely love it when it runs good but i am constantly having problems with it losing connection. I have sent it back to the company to fix the issue and when it was returned it still loses connection. I've replaced my clipcord and foot pedal but nothing changes; which i dont have this problem with any of my other machines. Any help in the right direction would be much appreciated.

It could be your power supply. The tubes and needles you use. Or something as simple as a ruberband. I use critical. Its small and reliable.

RE:FK Pyro shader problems

i use a critical cx2 powersupply, i have tried different clip cords and foot pedals also and still the same thing. All my other machines works just fine so i dont think its the needles or tubes, its just my FK soft shader that does it.

RE:FK Pyro shader problems

hey mate check the contact points on the machine (contact screw)
if it just hitting the front spring it may be the problem! i had the same problem, try putting a little extra tension on the rear spring, if there is just enough tension to hit the contact screw it may start to lose contact during the tattoo from ink building up in the tip. hope this helps
