ink layers

hello, I wonder why every time I use a coat of paint over each other very hurt the skin?

hey man,


If you are layering ink, it is best to do it in one pass, if you jump all around the skin and go back to an areas that you tattooed earlier, it will be more painful for the client. you can also layer ink in multiple session and bring the piece to full saturation in multiple sessions, this will be less painful for the client. if you find that you client is having excessive pain when layering, you may be overworking the skin. higher than usual pain is one of the signs of overworked skin, the same with excessive swelling, bleeding. if you find the skin is beginning to look like wet tissue paper when you are layering, then you have already pushed the skin beyond its limits, and it would be best to tattoo at a later date rather than risk damaging the skin too much...

thanks for the reply! always happen, for example'm doing a red rose and use a light red and then want to use the other darker shade of red, but whenever I make it hurt a little
