Cleaning the tattoo

Hey guys,

I've got a question for quite a while now, what do you guys use to clean a tattoo while working on it. I've been using green soap since I've started tattooing, but lately I had a discussion on a convention with a couple artists about what's actually the best. Also I've seen alot of videos lately in which I see people use some sort of foam, does it work well and where can I order it to try it out?

Thanks in advance guys.

RE:Cleaning the tattoo

While tattooing the outline, to wipe off any excess I use just distilled water so my stencil will stay longer, otherwise I use green soap and distilled water, I have also used Dettol and distilled water in the past, customers seem to like the smell of green soap.
