Inner bicep linework scarring?

Hey so i dont tattoo the inner bicep often. If i do its usually just small script. I did a family crest 2 weeks ago (just the linework) i had a chance to see it today. The lines were raised and shiny. Its not often that i get to see my tattoos during the healing process. Just wondering if this is normal or will it scar? Im kind freaking out. Ive been tattooing professionally for 4 years now and have never seen this in my work, mainly because i continue working on a piece after a month when they are done healing

The inner arm at that spot has delicate skin. Always, any inner area has softer and more delicate skin which means you should not go too deep at all.
In such areas, you can work your needle shallow with a good stretch.

Shallow means not too much depth. Just as much as putting the full tip of your needle in the skin.
Theres no need to go deeper in spots like the inside wrist, outside of the hand or any delicate spot basically where the skin is not rough.

A perfect example of where you have to go shallow, is the shin.
Wherever there is a bone right underneath the skin, you should not go deep at all and instead just run your hand slower to make sure the line is well applied.
