HELLO mr. DEVRIES, u still use the OLD NEUMA?
also when u in shop, use the NEW NEUMA with AIR or with HYBRID MOTOR?

JUST CURIOSITY.............RESPECT FOR YOUR WORKS

I use only the neuma hybrids now,and i go back and forth between air and the motor trying to figure out which one i like better,as of right now i think i like it with the motor better.There is a big difference between them,the air is softer but still harder than the last neuma,and the motor hits harder,its closer to a coil.

Whats up mike... I got your book awhile back, real sick!... If you are diggin the new neuma hybrids because they hit more like coils, whats the benefit besides autoclaveing and the weight????. I know there are some pretty light coil machines out there that weigh as much as the neumas with the motor on. Im always using my neumas because of the light wieght..... big ups from the bay....

The biggest reason for me is the consistency,especially with the neuma w/motor.and no tuning,run the same way every time.

Mike,, another question...

In your book and dvd its covers color real well.. Im trying to get my neumas to get some smooth black and grey.. I cross hatch, work with the skin loose, work with bugpins, I have a few hybrids as well as n2s, wondering what you would recomend as the best setup and technique to get this going a bit faster. Bar stiffness, ss or ls, speed, etc????? thanks

As far as black n grey,i would use the standard stroke,with the medium or soft cushion,it would be the same as i would use for color.
