Gray wash

Mike, first of all dude.. you rule... Not only the way you do your job, but also the patience you have to explain all this details... thanks.

I am totally new on this and try to read all the posts, but I have not seen this question yet...

Is there a way to create your own gray wash?
If so, what is it?
In addition to that. I would like to know what to buy for gray whases. Intenze or Eternal?

RE:Gray wash

I have used Eternal Grey Wash and Silver Back Grey Wash, I think both products work really well and have seen some great tattoos done with both products, although I have decided to stick with ol' faithful, and just use Talins mixed down with distilled water. Just seems to work better getting those really soft blends. But thats just my opinion. I have heard good things about the Silverback Clear, using it to mix your black ink down to make a grey wash, i'm going to get my hands on some soon and try it out for myself.Oh and i just remembered I have used Kuri Sumi grey wash but wasn't really feelin it.

Mike how exactly are you mixing yours? (Ive got all your DVDs FYI so you dont think im just trying to get free tips). I use Kuro's Double Sumi 4-3-2-1 drops with distilled. I like the way Talins looks though better. Please help.
