If you are trying to find an outlet that will ship Stigmas to the States, try coldskin.nl. Gideon was very fast to reply to my inquiry. I personally contacted every outlet on the stigma-rotary-tattoo.com website and coldskin.nl was not only the fastest to respond but also the least expensive at $479 per Hyper V2. Keep in mind however, you will have to pay some sort of customs fees by ordering from an international outlet, and shipping is around $50 - $60 to ship internationally. If it just seems like trying to order from Mike is becoming to difficult or you are impatient then you can then try one of the others. I ordered mine from Eikon for $510 a piece, and $30 combined for next day shipping. Not sure where they are located but the Stigma website had them listed as an United States outlet and for only $30 for combined, next day shipping, that was the best i could find. On their website they have an option to be notified when the Stigma of your choice is in stock. That's what I did. Only you better be fast when you get the email. 20 minutes after I received the email, Eikon sold out. The red and black Hyper V2 was removed from my shopping cart because they sold out of them before I could even finish completing my order. I was thankfully able to get at least two red ones, sell one, and found a black and silver one on eBay a guy recently received from Mike but needed the money more than the machine. You can also try tattoosafe.de, contact person for them is Stephanie Krauße. The Hypers from them are $479.31 and shipping is $59.01 and they are accepting pre-orders now for the middle of October. One more website I found that has Hypers was tattoo-goods.de, contact Mirko Hahn, there they sell for $491.91 and $65.43 for shipping. They too, are accepting pre-orders for mid October. I really enjoy using mine. I have not picked up my coils since. Like anything new, it takes some getting used to. After a week of using the Hypers, I find that I am saving time on tattoos that would of usually taken longer to complete. I have read that some say they are slower but that rests entirely on the artist. It's probably just an cautious approach, getting the hang of them, and refraining from over working the skin, that could cause you to work at a slower pace with them. They do require more power than you will be used to using. I use Kingpins digital dual power supply and found between 9 and a little past 10 works for me. Don't even try to run them on 5 -7 volts like a pair of coils. I can see how artist used to using coils could end up taking longer to complete tattoos. If you're using an Hyper, turn that sucker up. Like Mystikal said, "Don't be scerred!" Once I began to get the hang of it, I was turning the power up a bit and was actually achieving similar results in less time compared to my coil machines. From the nearly soundless environment, to the simplicity of the design, just plug and play, to the light weightiness of the Hyper, not only are my customers thanking me and making positive comments, but my hands are thanking me too and as the years go on, I assume will demand the use of them as well.
