Stigma volts

Hi Mike,

That fly is fantastic.

Was wondering whats your comfort level on Voltage with the stigmas for both color work and b&g wash ?

I asked cecil a while back and he said he was using around 9.5 volts and half a turn . At the time i though this was way too fast for me and i was using min recommendation, but the past few months i'm up around there now.

Also i saw the post by Joshua about the grommet and loop. Gonna try this out too.

RE:Stigma volts

I think the volts could change depending on what model machine you have and there could be slight differences between them as far as what volt to run it at,but lately i have been running mine between 8 and 8.2,and even though it may sound like its on the slow side,Im able to move as fast as i want to and its not slowing me down.Any higher could pose healing problems if you go over an area to much. But there may be times i would want to turn it up higher but lately i haven't found the need to. The Hyper Stigmas I'm using now are the upgraded ones that i just got back from them, and I'm not sure if i see a huge difference between em...but i like em.

As far as black and grey i would probably run it the same. But haven't had a chance to use them that much for black and grey.
